HCL Technologies and UCLA create a healthcare innovation lab

Multinational firm HCL Technologies is partnering with the University of California (UCLA) in Berkeley to create a lab dedicated to health technology innovations that will meet future healthcare challenges.

The Health Technology Collaborative Laboratory (CoLab), will be housed on the university’s campus in Berkeley. CoLab’s multidisciplinary teams will chip away at quick critical thinking, prototyping, and testing of advanced medical services advances. The lab expects to ring together partners in medical care (patients, clinicians, controllers, and safety net providers), the business local area, and financial specialists to make and popularize arrangements, from their underlying idea through to prototyping, frameworks design, and appropriation.
